Goldenfellow.com creates industry standard Signs, Trade Show Products and Marketing Material which are delivered to your home or business by UPS. After you pick a sign and pay you will be rerouted to a design order page which is filled with 1200 royalty free stock images you may use. You will have to enter your company name, shipping info as well as pick fonts you like and describe the project. You may send us your logo and/or branded images as well. We will help you design the perfect sign for your business promotion. We have over 16 years sign design and production experience and will create your sign fast and accurate to your needs. You will be able to make as many changes as you like until your sign is perfect.
We have a pre-pay service, and if you shop around, design and file set ups are usually an additional charge. We factor in the cost of shipping and design basically eating extra cost to produce a quality sign for less. Our experience has cherry picked the best materials: double sided thick cards, best laminates and thick banner material. We are not the lowest cost out there, but our products will outlast the test of time and our designs will be eye catching and professional. Guaranteed!

DESIGN INCLUDED POLICY
Clients are responsible for delivering logos, text and images for the project(s) which are being designed. Images and art must be delivered via email (up to 10mb) info@goldenfellow.com, third party data couriers as in "You Send It.com"(up to 100mb), or any FTP Server you should choose. Goldenfellow will not provide an FTP service. Goldenfellow offers over 1200 images which are royalty free to use for no additional charge to aid in the creative design process. Images are to be used in clients printed marketing materials only and not sold separately. Some of the images are medium resolution and will not be able to be used for grand format printing as in super-sized banners or 10ft curve wall displays. Client may have to find and submit larger images or accept less image quality in the layout. Our Graphic Designers will point out any unacceptable images and resolution in the proof compositions you will be emailed. Proofing is unlimited until the client is satisfied. Client owns all rights to the final artwork after payment has been processed and received. Client may request working files after completion for an additional $40.00 USD.

Files will created in Adobe Creative Suite and fonts will be formated for Macintosh. Please submit email address, file name and file date to recover working design files. You can submit info in paypal invoice notes or email after payment is complete: orders@goldenfellow.com
RUSH POLICY
Goldenfellow will reply with a design proof in the time frame posted on the product page. Goldenfellow will follow up with up to two phone calls to client to notify a RUSH proof has been sent. Clients timely reply will determine the meeting of the deadline. If client does not reply or acknowledge with immediate approval or proof changes, Deadline may be overdue. It will be the clients responsibility to contact the designer after initial proof and two phone attempts are made. If client neglects to reply timely and deadline becomes past due, no refunds will be issued and goldenfellow will continue to deliver product. If client continues to make more than 5 rounds of proof changes and deadline is missed, client will be responsible for any missed deadline. Goldenfellow will strive not to miss any deadline for RUSH services.
2-5 DAY DESIGN DEADLINE
Client will receive a design proof 2-5 days after submitting design order. Client has 24 hours to respond to First Proof if client has tight deadline, Goldenfellow will respond within 48 hours to make proof changes. If deadline is short Goldenfellow will phone client to notify a proof has been sent.
PRINTING AND SHIPPING DEADLINE
Printing and shipping may take 5-14 working days depending on quantity, product, and UPS ground delivery. Please note that printing and shipping time begins after clients approval of the final design proof. Projects could last up to but not limited to 30 days depending on proofing, printing and shipping. Our goal is to have product delivered in 2 weeks from concept to completion.
GOLDENFELLOW CONTRACT: Payment is pre-pay and due before work begins. Client will be e-mailed a response in 2 to 5 business days after submitting work order form. Work is ordered per information submitted on web order form with clients approval of terms. Vendor will release all high resolution or suitable data and/or artwork at final draft acceptance. Client understands that fees for services are not cancellable or refundable. Completion of work by due date is subject to acts of god, electrical, equipment, or mechanical failures, and illness of Artist. Sketches are created by the artist in preparation for first draft. Vendor is not responsible for errors after acceptance by client, or for errors on client worksheets. Vendor will make an effort to make proofreading changes within 24 hours, but client will allow up to 5 days after proofreading for copy changes. Vendor’s liability limited to completion of work or refund of amount paid. Client, discretionary revisions are subject to additional charges.

Graphic Design Terms and Conditions
1. USAGE. Right granted depending upon payment and are limited solely to those stated under usage. Editorial or internet reproduction is limited to one time North American use unless stated otherwise. All other rights reserved to artist.
2. RELEASE. Client will indemnify artist against all claims and expenses, including responsible attorney fees, due to uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by the release.
3. CANCELLATION. In the event of cancellation or breach by client, artist shall remain owner of original artwork and copyrights therein, and be paid cancellation fee no less that the amount specified on work order. Sketches 25% • First Proof 50% • Final Draft 75%. Additional money will be refunded to client. Refunds only apply to design not printed merchandise.
4. REVISIONS. Revisions are limited to the discretion of the artist. Clients exceeding a gross number of proofs will be warned then billed additional time before work continues. It is the clients responsibility to be thorough in the description of the work order.
5. ARBITRATION. Client and artist agree to submit any disputes hereunder involving more than $500.00 to arbitration in LOS ANGELES, CA under rules of North America Arbitration Association. An award therefrom may be entered for judgment in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
