GOLDENFELLOW CONTRACT: Client will be e-mailed a quote response in less then 48 hours for general design projects and up to 5 days for logo design projects. Work is ordered per information submitted on web order form with clients approval of terms. Payment is pre-pay and due upon acceptance of quote reply with project outline, before work begins. Vendor will release all high resolution or suitable data and/or artwork at final draft acceptance. Client understands that fees for services are not cancellable or refundable. Completion of work by due date is subject to acts of god, electrical, equipment, or mechanical failures, and illness of Artist. Sketches are created by the artist in preparation for first draft. Vendor is not responsible for errors after acceptance by client, or for errors on client worksheets. Vendor will make an effort to make proofreading changes within 24 hours, but client will allow up to 5 days after proofreading for copy changes. Vendor’s liability limited to completion of work or refund of amount paid. Client, discretionary revisions are subject to additional charges.

LOGO DESIGN PROMOTION: Clients are to pre-pay $299 for logo design service. Client will receive first proof within 5 days of submitting online logo order form. Goldenfellow offers unlimited revisions based on the data submitted by client online. The logo will be proofed per email and are encouraged to avoid phone correspondence unless deemed necessary. Client will be able to make revisions until satisfied without conditions. First proof will contain a minimum of 6 designs to choose from. Client is encouraged to be descriptive when ordering if a desired image or design idea is in mind.

Terms and Conditions
1. USAGE. Right granted depending upon payment and are limited solely to those stated under usage. Editorial or internet reproduction is limited to one time North American use unless stated otherwise. All other rights reserved to artist.

2. RELEASE. Client will indemnify artist against all claims and expenses, including responsible attorney fees, due to uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by the release.

3. CANCELLATION. In the event of cancellation or breach by client, artist shall remain owner of original artwork and copyrights therein, and be paid cancellation fee no less that the amount specified on quote detail, within 10 days.

4. REVISIONS. Revisions not due to fault of artist shall be billed as an additional fee. Artist shall have first option to effect such revisions.

5. ARBITRATION. Client and artist agree to submit any disputes hereunder involving more than $500.00 to arbitration in Minneapolis, MN under rules of North America Arbitration Association. An award therefrom may be entered for judgment in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
